Space Rentals

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone who is interested in renting space for a screening or other events, please know that we are not booking outside events until the current spike in Covid-19 is over. We must feel it is safe for our patrons and staff.

The Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Village at Ed Gould Plaza, located in Hollywood one block east of Highland Avenue and just north of Santa Monica Boulevard, is available for meetings, events, screenings, conferences, rehearsals, and workshops for as few as 5 people or as many as 500.

The Village is also popular for location shoots. The entire facility can be rented, as can any of its theaters, galleries, or meeting rooms.

Meeting Rooms
If you’re looking for a place to host a meeting, class or workshop, The Village may have the perfect space for you. Rooms are available for gatherings of 5-45 people.

Renberg Theatre
Available for film screenings, location shoots, conferences, meetings, trainings and workshops. The auditorium seats as many as 200 people.

Davidson/Valentini Theatre
A traditional black box theater with movable stage elements and seating for 40 to 50 people on risers. It is available for rehearsals, auditions, and rehearsal shoots.

Advocate and Gochis Galleries
Available for meetings, workshops and location shoots. The outer gallery is 35 feet by 23.5 feet; the inner gallery is 19 feet by 15 feet.

PLEASE NOTE: The Renberg and the Davidson/Valentini will not be rented for outside theatrical productions, and the Advocate and Gochis Galleries are not available for outside art exhibits. All staged events and art exhibits are produced or co-produced by the Center’s Lily Tomlin/ Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center.
