on Stage
Part of the Center’s Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center, the 200-seat Renberg Theatre and the 50-seat black box Davidson/Valentini Theatre have mounted an extraordinary array of productions.
The artistic work created and produced on our stages helps transform the perception and cultural understanding of LGBTQ+ people. Whether launching new careers or spotlighting established talent, the productions illuminate the truths of the lives of our community, celebrate our uniqueness, and contribute to making our environment a place of empowerment and joy.
All net proceeds from both theatres are used to support the wide array of free and low-cost services at the Center.
The Advocate & Gochis Galleries are the home of visual arts at the Center’s Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center.
The Galleries have developed a reputation for collaborative and progressive work that has reached far beyond the LGBTQ community by examining a broad range of themes that explore the relationship between art, identity, and culture. In addition to presenting the work of established artists, the Galleries also have a commitment to Los Angeles’s best emerging artists. Through these exhibits, we assist artists in expanding their contacts, sharing their creative spirits, and reaching new audiences.
All net proceeds from art sales in the Advocate Gallery are used to support the wide array of free and low-cost services at the Center.
